Good day to be from the Northwest.? Cool day but very relaxing; Started early at 7:30am with a light two scrambled egg breakfast and then headed straight to the Gym for a two hour workout session; Burned 650 calories doing Cardio and then did 12 single sets of different weight exercises with minimal rest in between and burned another 300 calories for a total 950 burned calories; Had another Protein shake from Emerald City Smoothies and BBQ?d some steaks this evening; Had a big infusion of protein today, sure needed it cause I have been doing a lot of work with weights; When to Barnes and Noble to browse the books for night reading, but didn?t find anything I liked; No yard work to day, got it all done yesterday.? On Wednesday I will show two photos that show?my results after 30 days of working on y program.? I am going to workout extra hard for the month of June so I can get close to 200 lbs.?
