The Theresa Alessandra Russo Foundation was created by my colleague, Vincent Russo, his wife Susan Russo, and family friend Father James Maltese, in loving memory of the Russo?s daughter Theresa, who died at age five and a half after a short lifetime of struggling with microcephalas and Cerebral Palsy.???

The Theresa Foundation raises funds to help special needs children so that their lives can be enriched by arts, music, dance and recreation.? I?ve been a part of the organization for many years.? It exemplifies the tremendous impact that a special needs child can have ? years after Theresa has passed, hundreds, if not thousands, of special needs children have had their spirits lifted because of her. ????
I encourage you to consider getting involved with the Theresa Alessandro Russo Foundation, or any organization that helps special needs children or the elderly.? Every life has the potential to make a difference to others, in ways that are not always immediately obvious.
